1. Field open to MCA members and guests with AMA membership and Metro Park Permit (METRO PARK PERMIT IS NOT AN OPTION.)


2. DO NOT FLY ALONE. You should have a licensed driver with you.


3. No flying North or West of the tree line.


4. Helicopters to be flown in the field between the parking lot and the access road.


5. Novice pilots should have an experienced pilot to help them.


6. Only pilots and assistants are allowed on the flight line.


7. Children and spectators must stay behind the pit area.


8. When transmitters are to be used, you must have your park permit on the frequency board. Never turn on a transmitter without checking the board.


9. Always have a helper or plane restraint when starting your engine.


10. Start engines with the plane facing the runway, not the spectator or parking area. Never start an engine in the club house.


11. No taxiing in the pit area. No taxiing behind pilots on the flight line when landing. DO NOT taxi towards the pits.


12. Mufflers are required on all engines.


13. Pilots will make an appropriate announcement when taking off, landing, or in emergency situations.


14. Aerobatics, high-speed passes, etc, etc, are not to be made over the runway. Use the grassy area beyond. Never fly behind the flight line.


15. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at the field.


16. Common courtesy and the AMA safety code always apply.


17. PLEASE OBSERVE 20 MPH speed limit on Overton Rd.
